Artist Residency

About the Residency:

Duration: 1–3 months (shorter or longer stays can be arranged)
Residencies start on the 1st of each month and end on the last day of the month.
The residency program begins on June 1, 2026.

Accommodation:

• Apartment in the former caretaker/assistant doctor residence

• Private room

• Shared kitchen, bathrooms, and living areas

Workshop:
Access to a fully equipped printmaking studio for lithography, relief, intaglio, and letterpress
Professional guidance and/or technical assistance are available by arrangement

Work Environment:
Peaceful surroundings, nature, and historic buildings that foster focus and creative exploration

The residency offers artists the opportunity to:

• Develop personal printmaking projects in a professional studio

• Explore traditional techniques in a contemporary practice

• Participate in and contribute to Landeskogen’s growing art community

Costs:

• Residency fee: 100 EUR per person (children free)

• Artists cover their own living costs, travel, materials, insurance, transportation, etc.

• CV and portfolio

• Short project description

• Preferred period of stay

• Application as a single PDF (max 10 MB)

• Open to individual artists and groups
